The neighborhoods of Nou Llevant and La Soledat in Palma will be able to improve the energy efficiency of their homes with European subsidies from the ARV project, funded by the Next Generation EU funds. The grants will cover up to 80% of the renovation costs and focus on enhancing building energy efficiency. On September 26, an informative session will be held to explain the details of the project and guide residents on how to access these funds.
At the meeting on September 30, we will have the presence of the REU programmers, to present the latest updates and the advantages of publishing all the properties, also publicly, to users who may be interested in buying or rental.
